The crime: messing up a Bobby Flay recipe. The punishment: eating it. So, tonight I made a tomato salsa. Easy right? I suppose not. Either I screwed it up somehow, or I just don't like it. Too much chili pepper. I tried to overcompensate with some cilantro. Yikes. Anyway, you see the picture. Ah well, there's always tomorrow night.
